What is the best pie?

Sweet pie only for today - savoury pies are a separate question...

Am making a pie for tomorrow - I did a really good rhubarb cream pie a few weeks ago and LBF favours apple pie...

Am also considering a tarte tatin or some kind...

All suggestions welcome - am mixing pastry now, but will probably make final pie decision tomorrow!
