And here is the cranachan pie, as demanded by LBF and his brother...
Is basically a raspberry cream/custard pie, enhanced with toasted oats, honey and whisky (16 y/o Highland Park - we don't really have any cooking whisky ;) ), to be eaten with whisky cream. Sounds revolting, but looks beautiful - am hoping will be tasty!
